allison & dennis are the smokin’ hot couple from our client sign in page. we had the pleasure of celebrating their wedding with them on 6/21. she was radiant, of course, and we had a blast at the reception!

this is a band that I believe we have mentioned before on our blog, and these are their new pics as of a few weeks ago. we took them around town and shot some in house, as well, which is actually outside of what we would normally do. we had a lot of fun with these guys. check them out www.youtube.com/user/clairmontvids.

so life has still been coming and going with all of these exciting weddings! we got to spend a long weekend with my whole family at a cabin off of the Colorado River the last weekend in May. shipley has been coming right along in her puppy training and is somewhere in the 60lb range now, she’s really big and cute. i just wanted to post some of our own pictures from the past month or so… enjoy!

emily and nathan got married in nathan’s parent’s backyard/park in kansas city on june 7. it was beautiful, if you haven’t been to k.c you haven’t see the most gorgeous green parks and grass, so pretty! And so was emily! Here are some pics, oh and the really cool part is they are moving to texas!

Mr. and Mrs. Stephens!! Most of you will remember the somewhat recent post from Trey and Katie’s pre-ceremony shoot. So gorgeous and how could you forget her striking blue eyes, beautiful! And she was of course just as beautiful on her big day. We have really enjoyed being a part of their celebration and I can’t wait to start really playing with some of these pics! Sneak peek…

so you may have noticed it has been a while since this blog has been updated (don’t check the date of the last post right now, just believe me it has been a long time), but we have gotten some things worked out. you can look forward to both of us posting regularly now, which hopefully should be consistent and fun.

we just got back from Kansas City, Missou. what a place, what a place. i had no idea that a city could be so entertaining. there was so much to do and see. sure, we were “working” for most of it, but the bride and groom (emily and nathan) wanted to incorporate as much of the city into their pics as they could which was heck-a fun for kris and i.

anyways, that is a teaser for up and coming photos. but for a while we are going to play catch up of some of the goodness that has been happening right here in the heartland of the twin cities and Texas

first up, wow, maybe three or four weeks ago, we did sonya and aaron’s wedding. D.E.-lightful. sonya has this energy that she carries around with her. but somehow she and aaron’s was the most chill and relaxed wedding. it was all about getting to be with the people they love and celebrating their marriage. very cool. here are some pics:

casi and chase are finishing school up at sam houston state, way to go guys. they are getting married at astin mansion in october. we are so exited about this wedding, because this is also where tim and i got married. i just think it will be so much fun taking pictures there, can’t wait!

katie and trey get married this saturday! so, you can see how behind we are on posting from shoots. these are from katie’s bridal shoot. trey came and crashed, so they could get some of him in uniform because he won’t be actually getting married in his suit. we loved this! then we get to take our time getting super cute pictures of them together! love them, so cute…take a look.

we had a lot of fun hanging out with these two in old town grapevine a few weeks ago. lisa and chris are getting married at the botanical gardens in ft. worth on july 5th and we are so excited about the big day! here are some of our favorites. one of the things we love most when shooting engagement sessions is when the guy cannot stop making the girl laugh and this was certainly the case with lisa and chris…so cute!
